In the process, we hope to further relationships between those working closely with juries, and encourage productive dialogues, collaborations and outcomes.
This year’s topics of discussion will include:
- Jury management
- Juror perception of evidence
- Jury decision-making
- Digital technology for juries
- Comparing experiences of tablet use in jury deliberation
